Abstract
Established in 1949, Davis Langdon & Seah Hong Kong Ltd (DLS) is the longest-standing quantity surveying firm in Hong Kong, now into its 57th year of operation. Its chairman, Mr Joseph YK Lee, an experienced quantity surveyor (QS) himself, has a thorough undestanding of his firm, and the evolution of that industry.
早於1949年已在港植根的威寧謝香港有限公司,至今已有57年歷史,是香港歷史最悠久的工料測量行。威寧謝香港有限公司主席李應祺先生為資深測量師, 作為本地歷史最悠久的工料測量行之主席, 李氏對戰威寧謝以至整個測量專業的發展都暸如指掌。
