Abstract
In July 1994, Sun Hung Kai Properties opened the newly transformed World Trade Centre in Causeway Bay to the public. The project focused on renovating the orginal three-storey basement and the subsequent five-storey complex - a re-working of 17,651 sq m. It was decided to move the original World Trade Centre Clubhouse, which had been located on the fourth floor of the complex, to the 38th and 39th floors. Back in January, P&T Architects, having prepared the area, had just made way for DiLeonardos, the interior designers.
