Abstract
Standing 70 storeys tall above Kowloon Park, The Victoira Towers offers the most prominent luxury highrise homes in downtown Kowloon. Rocco Design Ltd served as architect for the three-tower mixed-use project, which was jointly develpoed by Cheung Kong Holdings) Ltd, CITIC Pacific Ltd and Hutchison Whampoa Ltd.
