Tony Fung has been with the Housing Authority since leaving university. His loyalty has obviously paid off, for Mr Fung has gone just about as far as anyone could go within this sprawling organisation: he currently holds the title of Vice Chairman of the Housing Authority and Director of Housing with the Housing Department.
