Abstract
Many of Hong Kong's prime sites for residential property - developed and undeveloped - are found in Mid-levels. Also sprinkled along the hillsides leading up from Central are some of Hong Kong's grand old colonial buildings: structures often in need of a little TLC. A new residential development has devised a unique solution to the problem of preserving the past while simultaneously offering dwelling space to those seeking fine views and a travelator commute. The project, titled 78-80 Robinson Road, will occupy the former site of Nethersole Hospital, at the intersection of Bonham Road and Robinsion Road.
