Abstract
It has been described as the most important shopping centre to have been developed on Hong Kong Island since Pacific Place. And if big is beautiful, there's no denying Marina Square's position in the shopping stakes. As the first major shopping development on Hong Kong's south side, the $1.2 billion Marina Square occupies something of a prime position.
