| dc.description.abstract | A tight budget sometimes provokes innovative ideas just as linkage between two sister companies on different floors is a challenge to space organization. These two aspects influenced the design concept of this project which focused on space planning and material selections/combinations. The first aspect was to ensure the correct relationship between departments whilst the second one was based on the intent to create a humane and environmentally friendly interior through the use of colour and materials such as MDF, concrete, wired glass and corkboard.
