Abstract
In Hong Kong, a city synonmous with change, it's wonderful to discover that a few things remain the same. One such bastion of tradition is the Peninsula Hotel. The grand old lady, despite a major extension and addition of a roof restaurant and helipad, has emerged famous lobby may have been remodeled but little has really changed, including Huffer and Puffer
