Abstract
Hong Kong has both steel-frame and concrete structures, but only Times Square in Wanchai/Causeway Bay combines the two into a development of great local significance. To be completed in early 1993, it brought Hong Kong new excavation and foundation-building methods and steel-frame superstructure construction techniques.
位於銅鑼灣電車廠原址的時代廣場，以鋼架為主要結構，再配合鋼筋混凝土核心牆，令這座雄偉巍峨的建築物，可在三年多時間內建成。
