Abstract
The Old Hong Kong Club Building was originally established in 1897. It was then redeveloped and now replaced by a modern buidling. The 22 storeys new building provides 13,253 sq.m. of Grade A office area on 17 floors. That amounts to 30% of the total area of office for rent at Central. The new Hong Kong Club building is situated at the junction of Jackson Road and Chater Road, adjacent to the exit if the MTR station and close to 4 public carparks and the Star Ferry.
