Abstract
The now familiar abbreviation ACP, or Airport Core Programme, encompasses a vast array of projects which add up to an estimated total of HK$163.7 billiion (US$21.123 billion) in today's prices. Public attention has been centred around a handful of the projects, notably Lantau Fixed Crossing, the airport itself and the Airport Railway. There are, however, other equally important ACP projects that are less-visible to the public eye. The North Lantau Expressway is one of these.
