Abstract
Last month's article dealt with the duty of impartiality imposed on certifiers, the penalty being the possible invalidity of the certificates. There are other ways in which certificates can lose their contractual effect and this month Geoffrey Shaw and Glenn Haley summarize the more common arguments raised.
