Abstract
While Central Plaza may be the tallest building in Asia, it is in many ways just a grown-up version of Hong Kong's standard reinforced-concrete, repetitive-floor design commercial building. The real challenge for consultants lay in meeting the usual developer demand for "fast track" construction leading to the earliest-possible occupancy of the large user-population of the building.
