Abstract
Bedded into the foothills of Victoria Peak and peering down on the equestrian expanse far, far below, the design for 41C Stubbs Road reaches new heights for luxury housing. With The Center and Central Plaza - two urban colossi marked indelibly on the Hong Kong skyline - highlighting their corporate resume, designers Dennis Lau & Ng Chun Man Architects applied their Skyward Skills to a residential setting. The resulting tower with an elegant butterfly-shaped plan holds an incredible 69 floors of luxury residential living on Hang Lung Development's 3,045 sq m Stubbs Road site.
