Abstract
With the constant expansion of the St. John Ambulance medical response group and its range of activities, the five-storey head office building on Macdonell Road in the Mid-Levels could no longer satisfy the group needs, calling for an redevelopment. Its replacemnet will be a high-rise building which combines office, guestroom, carpark and recreational facilities under one roof.
隋著聖約翰救傷隊的不斷擴充，加上其活動範圍的逐步增長，樓高五層的舊聖約翰救傷隊總部大樓已不敷應用，取而代之是一幢簇新，融合了寫字樓、旅舍、停車場及康樂活動設施於一體的高層建築。
