Abstract
The Hong Kong Institute of Construction Managers is holding a Quality Charter Ceremony on 18 September 2000. We are most honoured to have the Honourable Henry Y. Y. Tang, GBS, JP, Member of the Executive Council and Chairman of the Construction Industry Review Committee, and also Mr. S.S. Lee, JP, Secretary for Works to be the Guests of Honour and Witnesses for the Ceremony.
We are also taking this opportunity to announce the change of name of the Institute, from the Hong Kong Institute of Builders(HKIB) to the Hong Kong Institute of Construction Managers (HKICM) which will better reflect the duties and responsibilities of our members.
