Abstract
Developer Sino Land has taken the initiative with this project, seizing a prime spot in an area destined to develop quickly as the exodus east away from Central continues, currently most notable in nearby Quarry Bay but unlikely to stop there. Close to Sai Wan Ho MTR and with unobstructed sea views (though reclamation of the Aldrich Bay typhoon shelter is underway and public housing developments are planned) the $60 million Marina House is a local landmark.
