Abstract
As the Hong Kong Institute of Architects' representative on the Government board for the drafting of new energy codes, Bernard Lim is committed to promoting energy efficient design amongst architects in Hong Kong. For him, the energy efficient architecture of the future will be a combination of age-old proven techniques and new innovations in engineering and technology.
