Abstract
In this month's special supplement, Building Journal talks to the Director of the Architectural Services Department (ArchSD), Mr Kenneth Chan, and Assistand Director (Archiectural)/3, Mr Tony Toy, about the department's past, present and future, and the meaning of its recent ISO 9001 certification from the Hong Kong Quality Assurance Association (HKQAA).
