Abstract
The Union Hospital in Shatin, designed by architect Leigh & Orange Limited, will be the first private hospital in the Eastern New Territories. Located at Tai Wai, the project involves an investment of $1-billion, with $450-million earmarked for the 212-bed Phase One and $550-million for the 388-bed Phase Two.
