Abstract
The Chinese University is to start the new school of architecture in September. Professor Tunney Lee, formerly of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, heads the new Department of Architecture set up under the Faculty of Social Science. Since accepting this assignment, Prof. Lee has spent five months in Hong Kong preparing for the first intake of students. He spelt out his ideas and plans for the new school in a written questionnaire submitted to him recently.
