Abstract
Terry Farrell & Partners (TFP) has been closely involved with development activities on the Kowloon peninsula since 1992 when it was awarded Contract 503 for Kowloon Station and its masterplan by the Mass Transit Railway Corporation. Within 22 months, TFP designed and tendered the station, which was constructed in 44 months, and completed in 1998. In parallel with this, the practice has led the masterplan design through its numerous iterations and was nominated for an urban design award in 1996.
