Abstract
(1) Island East goes green
Swire's Island East continues apace, as Tong Chong Street in Quarry Bay continues to sprout new office towers. The next gleaming edifice to come on line, Lincoln House, offers the panoramic harbour views and excellent transport links expected of the district. However, this project is unique in receiving an "excellent" rating from the HK-BEAM (Hong Kong Building Environment Assesment Method) test utilised by the Centre of Environmental Technology.
