Abstract
A notebook report whereby ARCH offers a first insight into the delicate and temporary period of the on-going project. P 'n' P will be a regular feature covering a wide range of activities. The aim, however, is to provide a fleeting glimpse only and, from time to time, ARCH may in later issues re-visit a finished commission and present opportunities for a more comprehensive perception.
