Abstract
The new eleven-storey Depot and Office for the Water Supplies Department is a new landmark in Kwun Tong. One of the first of the Government's new high-rise depot buildings, it is also intended to establish a progressive new image for the department, say architects RMJM Hong Kong Ltd. The distinctive cylindrical volume is given a technical quality by extensive use of metallic finishes and curtain wall.
