Abstract
Bruno Padovano, architect and academic, has been resident in Sao Paulo, Brazil since 1969. After completing the first year of architectural studies in South Africa, he graduated from the Universidade de Sao Paulo before going on to complete an MArch at GSD and MArch in Urban Design from Harvard University. In 1987 he was awarded a PhD from the Universidade de Sao Paulo. Hinge spoke to him about architectural developments in Brazil during a lecture visit to University of Hong Kong earlier this year.
