Abstract
The temporary waiting room for Helipad is a covered waiting room of minimum size of 15 m., with lighting to 125 lx, seating for 16 persons, and equipped with telephone and power facilities. Room coolers with adequate capacity for the room provided. This room will be used for VIP passengers, possibly including The Chief Executive and his guests and Government Flying Services passengers. A high standard of finishes was thus required.
