Abstract
Joseph Kwan is Director of the Environmental Advisory Service at the ReHabAid Centre, a grant and charity funded exhibition, resources and information centre which looks after services for the disabled and the elderly such as occupational therapy and equipment. As an architect at the ReHabAid Centre, he is responsible for environmental design, whether in the home, workplace or urban context. He is Honorary Secretary of the Hong Kong Institute of Architects (HKIA) and Director of the International Union of Architects (UIA) Work Programme on Architecture and the Disabled.
