Abstract
Constructing a major development in one of the world's most densely populated and developed areas is never going to be the easiest of tasks. Mongkok, famed for its frenetic pace and wall-to-wall buildings, is not the most obvious location to squeeze in a 1.6 million square foot development containing a 730-room hotel, seven floors of retail space, two office towers as well as parking space for 400 cars and the renovation of the adjacent KCRC station. But somehow it has been achieved.
