Abstract
In June 2002, main contractor Dragages et Travaux Publics (HK) Ltd completed work on the TV City development in Tseung Kwan O, a fast-track contract awarded during 2000 and carried out towards two Temporary Occupation Permits and one overall Occupation Permit. Leigh & Orange Ltd and US-based Gensler International served as architects for the extremely demanding development.
