Abstract
The 30.5 km West rail now links the Northwestern part of the New Territories with the Kowloon metro area. The $46 billion project, developed by the Kowloon-Canton Railway Corporation (KCRC), forms the largest railway strategic and territorial development for the coming 20 years in Hong Kong.
