Abstract
The complexity and difficulty of a construction project is not necessarily directly related to size and scale. On the contrary, putting up a building on a small site may be more difficult than doing one on a big site, especially when the client demands a high-quality product. Constructing the extension to the Ramada Inn Hong Kong in Wanchai is a good example.
