Abstract
Symbolic of the move of Grade A-quality office developments away from crowded, expensive Central District and toward what other countries call the suburbs, the Cityplaza 3- Cityplaza 4 project is also an excellent example of good construction practices, as discussed by Ludwig Reichhold, the project manager for main contractor Dragages et Travaux Publics (HK) Ltd.
與其他現代化國家一樣,本港新建成的甲級商業大廈,已逐漸偏離傳統的商業中心區——中環,向東遷移至灣仔、銅鑼灣、甚至鰂魚涌,太古城中心第三、四期,正是商業區東移的例證。
太古城中心三、四期的地盤經理陸偉豪表示,該兩座商業大廈乃以全機械化方式建築,堪稱建築工程的典範。
