Abstract
Peter Eisenman is assured a full house whenever he speaks in Germany. In 1992, about 600 turned out in the middle of a sweltering Hamburg summer, to hear him speak about his Rebstockpark master plan for Frankfurt, "folding architecture". In December 1993, he was attending the opening of his exhibition Haus Immendorff - a building planned for Dusseldorf - at the Galerie fur Architektur in Hamburg, and giving a lecture on the side for the Hamburg Architektenkammer.
