Abstract
Time is money. This is especially true in the real estate market of Hong Kong. After securing a piece of land, the dream of the developer is to build on it in the shortest period of time and put it on the market. If you take a 1,000,000 sq f-GFA commercial building in Central as an example, where rental income is now as much as $60 million to $100 million a month, you can understand why."時間就是金錢", 這是房地產市場的真理。在投得地皮之後, 發展商就渴望以最短的時間把大廈建成(當然是可以接受的質素), 並推出市場。以中環一幢樓面面積一百萬平方呎的商業大廈為例, 現時每月租金為六千萬至一億元, 大廈越早建成, 越快有租金收入。
為了滿足地產商的願望, 姜福鈞建築工程師行發明了一種高速的建築方法, 並聲稱這種方法能在六個月內建成一幢八十層高的大廈。以下是他向本刊介紹他的新發明。
