Abstract
In this second part of a three-part paper on Privatised Infrastructure Projects, Damien J Hughes, a partner with the firm of Baker & McKenzie, Solicitors, considers conflicts of interest in the roles of the parties which can arise under the Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) model and the contractual structure referred to in the first part of this paper.
