Abstract
Kingswood Villas, Tin Shui Wai, lies in the heartland of the New Territories. Developers Cheung Kong have been working on this residential oasis since 1987 - with the objective of creating a successful community in the wilds. Central to the concept of modern community is a place for recreation, and the recently completed Kingswood Country Club is most certainly that. It is also, as I found out, a building which attempts to redress the balance between the natural and the man-made.
