Abstract
In many ways, Leighton Asia Ltd and its subsidiary companies are Australia's engineering representatives throughout East and Southeast Asia, so extensive and all-embracing are the projects. In Hong Kong, the company (in the form of Leighton Asia Ltd) has been instrumental in many developments, one of the largest being the Yuen Long-Tuen Mun Light Rail Transit system.
禮頓亞洲有限公司及其附屬公司，十多年來廣泛參與東亞及東南亞各類型建築工程，大概可稱之為澳洲工程界在亞洲地區的代表。
禮頓亞洲在七十年代進軍本港，首項工程是在屯門進行土地平整，在八五年，更取得屯門元朗輕便鐵路系統的工程合約。時至今日，禮頓在本港完成的大小工程，已近一百項，數目仍在迅速增加。
