Abstract
Developing an 8,546-sq m site boxed in on by busy roads and only an arm's length away from the Bank of China Tower and other structures above the site - which aptly describes the Citibank Plaza project - presented main contractor Sung Foo Kee Ltd with more than a few challenges.
