Abstract
The on-going project is a microcosm of the finished brief although at times the final result may seem impossibly elusive. Nevertheless there is much satisfaction to be derived from the steady progress towards completion. However, since it is a period which normally only the project teams are familiar with, and, since ARCH aims to provide a comprehensive view of architectural and design events, our series of "Projects-in-Progress" takes the initiative in reviewing the on-going stage.
