Abstract
Andy Lam is this year's award recipient of the YOUNG ARCHITECT OF THE YEAR presented by the Hong Kong institute of Architects. The study which won him the award, was a plea for artistic and creative identity in Hong Kong and a call for the provision of a provision of a specific locale for Hong Kong artists. He proposes an Artists' Village in Stanley.
