Abstract
The current development boom in Thailand and Vietnam reflects, at varying stages, the boom which was experienced in China in the last decade. Many practical lessons and formulas, gathered from that experience, are forming the basis of guidelines for similar activity in Indo-China. It is therefore essential for potential developers to have some idea of the legal aspects involved.
