Abstract
Tsuen Wan's proximity to the new airport looks set to see it become a distribution hub and already transport companies are seeking office space in the area. In response to this demand, developer Koonway Investment Ltd has turned the former Ever Gain Building, a warehouse located at 43-57 Wong Wo Tsai Street, into an industrial and commercial building specially designed to accommodate local light industrial users and their ancillary offices.
