Abstract
Last month's AAC looked at the architectural and engineering design of Norman Foster's new HongKong Bank building and reviewed some of the innovative elements incorporated in the design that will render it flexibly responsive to the future demands of banking technology. In this month's issue, we focus on the services elements that have formed an integral part of the building's adaptability and take a closer look at a local contractor's experience as Management Contractor (part of the John Lok/Wimpey Joint Venture) for this HK$5 billion architectural project.
