Abstract
It would be hard to describe 1994 as a fruitful year for the construction industry, and says Peter Lam, president of the Hong Kong Construction Association, its lacklustre performance was all the more felt "because the industry generally had high expectations of the ACP projects, whereas the results were disappointing."
踏入12月, 又是各行各業回顧一年成綪的時候, 不過, 1994年對建築業來說, 算不得是豐收的一年。建造商會會長林晉光表示, 建造業今年表現強差人意,「主要由於對機場核心計劃工程期望太高, 而實際進度未如理想。」
