Abstract
According to the tender price index of Davis Langdon & Seah Hong Kong Llimited (DLS), construction costs will increase by approximately 15% for the year 1995 due to the inflation caused by the Airport Core Programme (ACP) projects, this is higher than 10% increase per annum in the preceding years.
根據威寧謝香港有限公司的中標價格指數, 該公司副董事陳肅雄估計, 1995年香港整體的建築造價增長約為15%, 較以往數年每年10%的增長率為高, 主要是機場核心計劃帶動通脹影響。
