Abstract
Lu Plaza, a quality industrial/office tower, is approching completion at 2-4 Tai Yip Street, Kwun Tong. Mr. W K Siu, project manager of the main contractor, Hip Hing-Taisei Joint Venture, claims that the development, with the same construction quality as a grade A office tower as demanded by the developer, will become a landmark for the district.
