Abstract
Originally conceived as a Sandwich Class development by the Hong Kong Housing Society, policy changes saw the Cayman Rise residential project converted to a private sales project. As the new direction for the development took shape, architects Ronald Lu and Partners were called on to design enhancement works to add value to the project.
