Abstract
Like most Urban Council multi-use projects, the Pei Ho Street Complex was required to house an assortment of completely unrelated facilities. And, understandably, there are few architectural precedents for a building which includes sports facilities, market stalls, a cooked-food centre and office space. In fact, the only examples f this type of building are other Urban Concil complexes in Hong Kong.
