Abstract
The narrow lanes and wide attractions of Lan Kwai Fong make this off-Central district the nearest Hong Kong comes to a London's Soho and San Francisco's Union Square - a people place. It was this singular criterion that influenced Keith Griffiths design work on the 27-storey One Lan Kwai Fong retail-restaurant-office tower.
